Terms and Conditions... Below is a (brief) list of the Terms and Conditions of hiring equipment from us at Waveform Productions. A complete list is provided to you when you hire equipment from us... 1. You have to sign a contract saying you've read the full Terms and Conditions and that you agree to abide by them. 2. You have to pay us for doing the gig. 3. You have to supply enough power to run the equipment you hire. 4. If you are a band or have a band booked, the sound-check must be attended at the time specified in the contract. If the band doesn't turn up or they are late, then we accept no responsibility for subsequent delays or potential reduction in the quality of our services. 5. You are responsible for any damage caused to the equipment while it is in your care, whoever does the damage. 6. You have to return the equipment in full working order. Please note that these are a summary of our Terms and Conditions of Hire and are not the complete terms which you will be bound by.
