Terms and Conditions...
Below is a (brief) list of the Terms and Conditions of hiring equipment from us at Waveform Productions.

A complete list is provided to you when you hire/purchase equipment from us...

1. You have to sign a contract saying you've read the full Terms and Conditions and that you agree to abide by them.
2. You have to pay us for doing the event.
3. You have to supply enough power to run the equipment you hire.
4. If you are a band or have a band booked, the sound-check must be attended at the time specified in the contract. If the band doesn't turn up or they are late, then we accept no responsibility for subsequent delays or potential reduction in the quality of our services.
5. You are responsible for any damage caused to the equipment while it is in your care, whoever does the damage.
6. You have to return the equipment in full working order.
7.Where credit is given, this is for a maximum of 28 days unless otherwise stated in writing by the Supplier. Any and all discounts or concessions become invalid after the agreed period of credit has elapsed and an additional charge of 25% per week or part thereof will be charged on top of the agreed Hire/purchase price for late payments. Any charges reasonably incurred in the recovery of money or equipment will be paid by the Client.
8. The title of any and all equipment purchased from the supplier shall remain with the supplier until payment is made in full.
