Where to begin…

When you book us for your event we will need to know a few important details in order to give you an accurate quote and make sure we take the correct equipment. So, when you make your booking if you could supply the following details we will be better able to help:

• The date, start and end times for the event
• The number of people that will be attending
• The name and/or size of the venue.
• A list of around ten (or more) of your favourite songs or genres to gain an idea of the style of music you will require.

Once we have an idea of the type of event you are going for we will visit the venue and conduct a survey (unless we already have it on file) in order to give you the most accurate quote with the most appropriate equipment for your event.

We will then make a recommendation based on this information and cater for your needs.

In order to confirm the booking we will send you a booking form to complete and you’re ready to go...
